Every report uses the station-by-station format and certification language required by FAA AC 150/5370-10. No reformatting. No manual table-building. Ready for the resident engineer on first submittal.
The primary surface quality documentation required by FAA specifications. This report contains every grade check logged during a lift, organized by station and offset, with design elevation, actual elevation, deviation, tolerance, and pass/fail status.
FAA resident engineers are trained to review this specific format. Submitting data in any other format requires the RE to reformat it themselves — which they will refuse to do. Sitemark outputs directly in the format they expect.
Tolerances applied automatically per AC 150/5370-10: ±0.04 ft for runway primary surface, ±0.06 ft for runway safety area and overrun, per the spec section referenced in your project specifications.

Every FAA submittal requires a contractor certification block signed by the QC Manager. This statement certifies that the work described in the report was performed in accordance with the contract specifications and that all tests meet the requirements of FAA AC 150/5370-10.
Sitemark includes the Certification Block on every grade report and compaction summary. The QC Manager can sign electronically from the field or print and wet-sign for projects that require physical signatures.
