Every feature in Sitemark was designed around the actual pile elevation verification workflow that utility-scale solar EPCs require. Not retrofitted from a generic QC platform.
Sitemark captures every data point your EPC QA requires: pile ID (matching EPC design numbering), block and tracker row, design cutoff elevation, actual measured elevation, variance, and pass/fail against your specified tolerance (typically ±0.02 ft for premium EPCs, ±0.04 ft for standard). The field interface takes under 10 seconds per pile — fast enough to keep pace with a productive pile-driving crew.
The block progress grid shows every pile in a block as a color-coded tile: gray (not logged), green (pass), red (fail, corrective action open), blue (re-drive complete). Project managers see instantly which blocks are ready for EPC submittal and which have open issues. No more digging through spreadsheets to find out why the EPC hasn't approved Block 12.
Every failed pile automatically creates a corrective action with the original failing elevation, failure reason (high/low by how much), and timestamp. When the pile is re-driven and re-checked, the corrective action records the post-correction elevation and links back to the original failure. EPCs reviewing your submittal can trace every corrective action to its source — which is exactly what their QA auditors require.
Sitemark pairs with Trimble, Leica, Topcon, and Sokkia RTK GPS rovers via Bluetooth or USB. When a rover is paired, GPS coordinates are captured automatically with each pile check — no separate data entry. The site map updates in real time, showing pile locations with pass/fail color coding. For sites without rovers, manual coordinate entry or optical level reading import is also supported.
